Rules & Regulations

Please read through carefully, and if you have any questions, please contact us.

  • Waiver Form must be completed with every booking or upon arrival to the park. Entrance will be refused if waiver form not completed. (If participant is under 18 yrs old then a parent/guardian will act as signatory).
  • Safety video will need to be watched by all participants upon arrival to the park and before entering trampoline courts.
  • Every person must book and pay for a session online – No walk ins accepted.
  • During quiet periods the park/diner will close early.
  • Every person must have read and completed a Supajump waiver form before using the park.
  • If a person is under 18, a waiver must be signed by a parent or legal guardian.
  • Parents or guardians are responsible for the supervision of their children at all times within the venue. If a child is Under 5 years old, then a parent/guardian can supervise them on the trampoline park. Please be advised you will still need a dedicated wristband and trampoline socks when on the trampoline courts. Trampoline socks are currently £2.00 a pair.
  • All children 12 and younger must have an adult present in the venue at all times. Bouncers aged 13 years and older can be left unattended only if they have a valid Supajump waiver signed by their parent/guardian.
  • We are not a drop-off centre providing child minding facilities. Parents are advised to be at the venue at all times when a child is using the facilities. We do not monitor if a child has been left by a parent / guardian however, It is up to every parent/guardian and their responsibility alone to decide to leave their child at the centre unaccompanied – just as it would be at a park/football match or any other event. We accept no liability for any child left unsupervised at our premises as a result.
  • For hygiene and to avoid slipping, all persons must wear Supajump trampoline socks when on the trampoline courts/jumping – Supervisor Jumpers must always wear the valid-coloured wristband when jumping or on the trampoline courts. Trampoline socks are currently £2.00 a pair.
  • Under no circumstances are people under the influence of alcohol or drugs allowed use of the park.
  • Look out for other jumpers and give way to the smaller ones.
  • Pregnant women or people with health concerns are not allowed to jump or go onto the trampoline courts.
  • The trampolines have a weight limit of 16-18 stone max.
  • No lying or sitting on the trampolines. Take a break if required in the seating area or Diner.
  • Grabbing of the safety pads or safety netting is prohibited.
  • No double bouncing, running, wrestling or rough play.
  • One person per trampoline at a time.
  • Always land with two feet and aim to stay in the middle of the trampoline mat away from the padding – Do not operate mobile phones, cameras or similar equipment on the trampolines/trampoline court.
  • Bad language will not be tolerated.
  • No food or drink (including gum) is permitted on the trampolines/trampoline court.
  • No birthday cakes/balloons, mascots to be brought into Supajump unless it has been explicitly organised with the Supajump management. If the above items have been brought onto the premises, you will be asked to remove these off the premises immediately. If you do not comply, you will asked to leave the venue and you will void a refund.

  • No double somersaults or flips or tricks over the pads are allowed. Single somersaults are allowed but no more than two in a row. Only try flips/tricks you are experienced with. Supajump will not be responsible for anyone doing skills they are not trained in.
  • No belt buckles, clothing studs, jewellery, key chains, or sharp objects are permitted on the trampolines. – No loose change in pockets.
  • No outside drinks or food permitted, unless special permission is granted by management.
  • If rules and regulations are not adhered to, then Supajump Management has the right to ask customers to leave the trampoline park immediately.
  • Supajump does not issue refunds, however we are happy to move or credit to another session.
  • Standard park rules apply
  • Follow the jump guards / staff instructions
  • Do not jump until the trampoline area is clear
  • No hanging off the hoop
  • No jumping or dunking from behind the hoops
  • No kicking the balls
  • If basketballs have rolled onto trampolines, please clear these before performing slam/dunk moves or bouncing
  • Stay on your track. Do not cross lanes
  • One person per trampoline at any one time
  • Exit the jump area as quickly as possible by the nearest exit point
  • Standard park rules apply.
  • Follow the staff instructions.
  • The 1.5m platform (higher platform) has a minimum age/height restriction of 5 yrs and over/1m to use it.
  • The smaller 0.8m platform can be used by those aged 4 and over.
  • Only jump from the platform when air bag is inflated and foam cubes are in place.
  • Only jump onto the airbag from the jump platform(s) and trampoline(s) – Do not jump onto the air bag from the walkway(s).
  • Only one person at a time on the foam pit platform.
  • Do not jump simultaneously with another participant from the jump platforms or trampolines. Parents are prohibited from jumping/throwing their children in the foam pit.
  • Do not jump until the foam pit is clear of any other participants.
  • No backflips.
  • Do not jump or dive head first into the foam pit.
  • Land either on your back or bottom.
  • Do not tuck your knees up or curl up.
  • Exit the foam pit as quickly as possible by the nearest exit point.
  • You must be over 5 to use this activity
  • The aim of this activity is to avoid the beam as it rotates towards you
  • When the beam approaches jump or duck to avoid being hit
  • No more than 8 people at any one time
  • Only stand at the designated jumping spaces
  • Always jump so you land on both feet at the same time
  • Only one person per jumping space at a time
  • Enter & exit by the designated access point only
  • If you wish to stop or exit please put your hand in the air to notify the staff member controlling the total wipeout machine.
  • Once you have been knocked off you may get up and play until the end of your session has finished.
  • Put your hand up if the arms are going too fast for you and you want it to go slower
  • Do not intentionally allow the beam to strike you
  • Never land with just one foot.
  •  If there is not a free jumping space do not enter the activity area
  • Do not hold, grab or climb onto the beams
  • Do not sit, climb or walk on the surrounding trampolines.
  • No Somersaults or any acrobats allowed
  • Standard park rules apply
  • Please arrive 15 minutes before party start time. 
  • All party attendees should arrive within 20 minutes of party start time. If not, management has the right to refuse entry.
  • Any earlier than this, management has the right to ask you to wait outside the venue.
  • Parties can have a maximum of 3 birthday children at one time. (One birthday cake will be required, and one happy birthday will be sung).
  • Children’s Parties are for the children not the adults.
  • If a child is Under 5 years old, then a parent/guardian can supervise them on the trampoline park. Please be advised you will still need a dedicated wristband and trampoline socks when on the trampoline courts. Trampoline socks are currently £2.00 a pair.
  • Any adult wanting to use the park facilities will need to pay the party prices.
  • Only 1 parent to attend the venue with a party attendee (apart from birthday child, where both parents can attend).
  • If parents wish to add a sibling onto a party then this can only be authorised if the venue has capacity and they have permission from the birthday child’s parents. The sibling will need to be paid for at the party rate.
  • No food or drink to be brought into the venue for party guests – apart from birthday cake, candles, party bags.
  • Final party guest numbers should be given to Supajump Trampoline Park no later than 48 hrs before the party date.
  • Party deposits are non-refundable.
  • The date and time you have chosen while booking is not guaranteed until a member of staff has been in touch within 48 hours.
